I don't think it's anything more complicated than them being real people with jobs and obligations that don't actually include subbing Rider shows. They've been a little slower than usual with Zi-O in general, at least so far.

I remember the love of Build being so good that people watch the unsubbed version and started talking about it even before the subs come out.

Lack of interest is part of the problem too I guess.
