It possible the packaging configuration is just not finalized or got finalized after they took the photos. We will see, could even be a test.

What I find interesting is White Rangers body is different from the others. The ab crunch is much higher on that figure then the other guys.

First and foremost maybe I just don't have the figures but the ab crunch is inverted compared to the Marvel Legends line.
For all of them the chest portion goes down as opposed to the waist coming up.I don't know if that's how they want to go for all the figures in the future or just lightning.

Now as I was saying, white ranger has a higher crunch then DC Red and Shadow. But those two have the figuarts ball joint(assuming it's a ball joint).
If it's a ball joint then that addresses one of my concerns. You rotate the upper chest and then you don't have two ovals forming and obvious cross.
This isn't on Zedd but likely due to the piping being in the way.

Paint wise DC Red is missing apps on the buckle. Missing the black on the sides and detail in the dino but we all need to be realistic that it's never gonna be 100%. As long as Hasbro is consistent and quality is good, we probably won't give them Bandai flack.

Zedd is definitely getting a wash like others have said. I predict some folks may repaint him overall. His paint job isn't bad but it can be customized quite a bit. His staff is also much longer then in the first picture. It goes from the top of his head Z to his heel. Though they mess up the blade portion. it is indeed reversed. I don't think most will notice but people are gonna notice. I strongly doubt it will be fixed.

Shadow Ranger. Missing some gold applications. Though it looks like they painted the sword guard gold when it's that cool silver which is a tad strange. Looks like the blade is gold as well and missing some black apps. Black apps missing on the forearms and shins. Red stripes missing around the wrists. Silver finger tips missing.

White Ranger. Right off the bat, sword is missing the gold app on the coin. It's really strange because that's the side facing people when they see the packaging. I think the coin is there and it's not just a raised circle. White Ranger is also difficult proportion wise. The inner black ring on the chest coin is missing. It's like everyone keeps missing it.
In the Sentai footage he has a teen like body(I assume the suit actor was a smaller man and not a kid) but in the american footage they had someone as large as JDF especially when standing next to the other guys. I always felt the legacy figure was accurate to Power Rangers version of the ranger. Anyway beyond that I don't think it's missing any other apps.

All in all I think it's a good start that the pros outweigh the cons. Price and accessories vs some missing paints apps and errors. Of course it's always subject to change. They may add the corrections of take features away.
