Well, being able to use transformed Riders now should make cameos from those much easier, without needing to rely on excuses to keep them off screen while constantly talking about them. Throw one or two secondary characters, then a suit-only main Rider and maybe a stand-in for on scene at the end if they're depowered for the Ride Watch, although they could just give it off-screen too.
