I don't really like handing out recommendations blindly because at the end of the day I think your own personal tastes are the only thing that can really decide what you're going to like or not. I mean, I'm a huge fan of Kamen Rider Ghost, myself, so believe me when I say opinions vary on these things. My advice whenever someone asks a question like this is always "whatever sounds interesting to you probably will be", so if some show catches your eye for whatever reason, I say go for it.
That being said, there are some
very
solid, generally well-liked shows I can easily recommend to just about anyone.
First up, the "New Generation" Ultraman shows from the past few years are all great. X, Orb, and Geed in particular are all very worth your time if the thought of giant monster action mixed with compelling drama and above-average production values appeals to you at all. They're conveniently available on Crunchyroll, and at around 25 episodes each, they're also much less of a commitment than the usual 50-ish of a lot of other shows.
For Kamen Rider, I think Double is still the gold standard, being a purpose-built back to basics series with a neat detective angle and a good balance of light-hearted comedy with more serious elements mixed in.
As for Sentai, Gokaiger is absolutely one to check out. It covers a lot of the franchise's history while also remaining totally accessible and fun on its own merits. I can speak from experience here too, because it was also the first Sentai I ever saw.
It's hard to get more specific than that without knowing the kind of shows you're into, or how much experience (if any) you have with any of these franchises, but hopefully this helps.
