But in short, by itself, the film is enjoyable and ok. The choreography for the fights are good (especially the end one between Cross-Z Evol & Killbus). Pacing was good.

But when compared as a continuation of Build after the finale, it undermines the ending/last arc. If restoration of Evolto and the other character's memories were temporary, I'd accept it. But the film made it permanent and it just goes against all that was sacrificed in order to defeat Evolto and create the New World.

Also, Sento says that this world (New World) doesn't need Kamen Riders. Okay, then why are you still in possession of all your gear? It's like he knew that Killbus, Cross-Z, etc. needed them and/or the fact Grease would get a sequel film as well.

This is a film where if you think too much, you can see all the errors/plot holes.
