Let's see first if :

1) Valkyrie is really a woman (and then it ends up being a really androgynous boy, a bit like Uhr actor. Which I wouldn't mind don't get me wrong).

2) If she is, let's see if she doesn't get benched out quickly because plotpoint.
Because japan really loves to do that with a passion (like Yuzu in Yugioh Arc-V. Making you believe she is as strong as the protag and will maybe evolve in parallel of him, but then she becomes the damsel in distress after 1/4 or 1/3 of the show).

And while I really love Poppy (AND NICO !) and fact she was popular (i didn't know that tbh), she transformed like what ? 5 times ? (I didn't count but I know it's really few times).

Now it's a new era, so maybe things can change.
if women can be given major roles without cutting them halfway, I will be the first one to be happy.
But i'll only trust what I see.
