The ForceRiser isn't coming out until November, but all the ForceRiser stuff is being officially unveiled for October. This leads me to believe they're definitely showing up much earlier than the belt's release date would indicate. Similar things happened in the previous two Ohmori shows with Q1 villain stuff. The Gashacon Bugvisor and Transteam stuff came out a while after their users were in the show, and if memory serves they were also revealed early.

There's also the odd element that Horobi and Jin's suits were already finished and fully included in the catalog. This stands out a lot to me because past catalogs have barely had any physical suits shown--Build's only had Night Rogue and Build's forms up to episode 2. Zi-O's catalog only had episode 1 suits. If Horobi and Jin were ready to go that early, I can only imagine that means something.

Still only speculation, but hey, they've surprised us with those early villain debuts before. No one was expecting Blood Stalk at episode 3, after all.
