So here would be my ideal wave

Number 4
Jungle Fury Violet Ranger: RJ is one of my favorite mentor characters and the wolf ranger suit is awesomely over designed.
Accessories are pretty simple head spare set of hands but he multiple effects parts covering elbows and knees

Number 3
Turbo Phantom Ranger: A cool mysterious ranger who was responsible for some of the best story lines in power rangers.
Accessories would be his pistol and an alternate invisible arm.

Number 2
Mystic Force Green/Pink/Yellow ranger: Mystic force has some of my favorite designs and it was hard to pick just one for this wave so I cheated these three are just the coolest on the team. Accessories are there magistick weapon and the mystic morpher

Number 1
Lightspeed Red Ranger: Carter is just plain awesome, he's a straightforward man of action, I can also see them selling him as part of a special vehicle pack with his battlizer if the lightning collection proves to be successful, (similar to marvel legends rider packs)
Accessories: the rescue blaster, rescue bird.

Two pack
Red Space Ranger and Astronema this would be the perfect two pack
Astronema would have her staff and an alternate Karone head
Andros would have his spiral saber and his astro blaster. Additionally his would be wearing the Battlerizer
