Yeah, I thought it was clever the way the show had Blood Stalk try to rile him by demeaning his dedication to justice, claiming all he wants to do is fight. And Banjou comes back at him with, basically, "That is all I want to do, and I'm going to do it until I'm as good a person as this guy." Just, like, owning who he is while dedicating himself to being better. That's a hyper-specific character motivation I can get behind.

For Rogue, I mean, we always knew that he'd been affected by Pandora's Box, so if anything I like them saying the Rogue Nebula Gas thing changed his mind because at least there's a reason why he's behaving differently. If he just suddenly didn't feel like being a stop-at-nothing military warlord, that'd be a hard circle to square. With what they gave in this episode, I think it all makes sense for his character.
