I know I’ve said much about Zero-One being the Iron Man of KR, but if they went back to the old roots and maybe Aruto is a prototype HumaGear under the skin? Think like the Arc Reactor if possible.

HumaGear have blue liquid as their "blood".

Aruto are injured and his body is bleeding. I think Aruto is human.

But, if Aruto have something special in his body, maybe Aruto is cyborg and that's will be become very interesting reference to Showa-Era Kamen Riders....
