I’m pretty sure any relation Saban currently has with Power Rangers is a little more than a legacy imprint. Like how DC has nothing to do with detective noir stories outside Batman. And modern Batman is hardly the noir gumshoe he started as.

Also, with the fact that this is merely an accusation not a conviction, and that the statutes of limitations are a thing, it probably should amount in very little actually happening.
