In today's world, the mere accusation is enough to sway minds. If the story is accurate, then Sarah Brown needs our sympathy and understanding, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm in a mental funk over the idea that this story will convince people to "cancel" this franchise!

The lack of franchise/owner/fandom responses doesn't help; the only way for us and the Rangerverse to continue the right way is to be honest if any misdeeds were committed!

This wouldn't affect PR in the slightest. Remember when Rick Medina killed a guy, show still airs to this day.
Besides, as the saying goes, innocent until proven guilty. If it actually happened, why didn't she go to the police or staff instead of just writing it on Twitter. Like you said, this stuff is going around a lot lately, so you need to be careful what's true and what's not.
