Or to draw attention away from DC Gold's lack of paint apps. They are probably testing the boom comics waters. While some people think all Hasbro will do is just rerelease a red mmpr with a Rocky head, I think they know they have to do a bit more.

I think it's on a base holding the back of the hair. Though given how rigid these are, probably don't need it.
