Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Toei acknowledge Marvel in the credits for Gokaiger when Battle Fever, Denziman, and Sun Vulcan made a (significant) appearance?

By the same token, wouldn't Hasbro have to in some capacity acknowledge Marvel if they were to adapt those three?

And also, isn't there an Earth designation for Battle Fever within the Marvel Omniverse? Of note, Toei Spider-Man is referenced as being from Earth-51778!
