Almost certainly yes.

Nada's death is a pretty explicit shout out to Zyuranger, specifically.

The shot compositions from the scene where Nada gives Koh his Gaisoulg armor mirror almost exactly the shots from the scene where a dying Burai gives his shield and dagger to Geki.

I thought it was a cool homage. Apparently, YMMV.
