The Origin Saga is an entirely different story on its own. I believe it was an original show created in collaboration with Amazon. There's this thing called the Ultraman Orb Chronicle, which was basically a ten-part history of Ultraman Orb that the show's writers came up with as background lore. Part 6 is the actual Ultraman Orb TV show. Origin Saga tells the story of Part 1.

And yup, Return of Ultraman is a fantastic show that every Ultra-fan should check out. The horrifying Nackle arc alone makes this a must-watch. I don't think it's as good as OG Ultraman, but I enjoyed it more than Seven, for what it's worth. Only downside is Jissoji never directed an episode of Return, though I think he wrote one.
