Yeah, I saw on the Wiki (I got real curious about this episode!) that it's from a fill-in writer who'd go on to be the head writer for Ryuki (very interested), Den-O (gets so much acclaim) and OOO (my favorite Rider show), so, uh, a lot less surprised that this episode was so goddamn good.

It was incredibly kind of the universe to deliver this episode to me when I was at my Lowest Agito Ebb.
