Yeah I do spotlight. It's fun and I really enjoy it. I would love to perform or do state management, but, like most jobs, once they find what you are good at it's hard to find the opportunity to do other things and advance your career. I do enjoy being around actors and musicians, and getting to experience live performances nearly every night is magical. Some productions are more fun than others though. Some are great, with a great cast and crew, and the musical is astounding. Some are just interesting, for a lack of a better term. If you are interested in theatre go for it. If you want to get paid for it you must find an equity theatre though.
