They only take a few hours - which is considered very fast compared to all the Gundam and model trains I normally do. Grand Zi-O was way more work than usual. The SODO chronicle W was super simple, that one had good paint detail.

I mostly use Gundam paint markers. They are a BEST MATCH for Bandai plastics. But I also have all sorts of acrylic, oil, and alchohol based paints depending on the need.
