Damn, what a somber episode. Even Kureon and Wyzul's antics weren't enough to uplift the situation. The stakes actually feel really high and the added drama made this penultimate episode a stand-out one. It was nice to see Nada again, however brief. I liked Melt's solution to breaking out of Eras' body and how it involved Kureon working with the Ryusoulgers.

Then we had some really great acting near the end. Canaro's breakdown was nice and posed a surprisingly good existential question (for Sentai standards at least) and it actually made him kind of interesting for once. But the real star of the show here was Asuna's actress. Holy crap, she acted her heart out. That was a great motivational speech. That, plus the Kishiryu's showing up and every Ryusoulger using upgraded forms for the final roll-call got me super hyped for the finale next week. Also it was nice to see Kishiryu's other than Tyramigo and Pii-tan interacting with each other, wish we saw more of that throughout the series.
