Ya know, to add to the debate of OOO's final form, I've always didn't count TaJaDor is a final form simply because the fact that he used a super form to defeat the final enemy makes it a very unique situation compared to how the other Riders defeat their final villain.

Yeah. I believe the only other times were Ex-Aid and Ghost using their base forms to beat the Final Boss.
