Metsubojinrai.net can probably control him to some degree ever since he started using the Assault Bullet key.

If it was Fuwa then it can't be Assault Wolf that caused him to work for thd Ark as the fourth person existed before the show started. Now if there were some kind of implant put in him that could be controled RPM style then it could be him. I know Fuwa hinted that he will take Yua down before if he needs to so I am sticking with Yua.
