I'm gonna go with W Forever as my first, and Drive Surprise Future as second.

When it comes to Riders, it's the same. Eternal is one of the best villains of all time, and Dark Drive is such a damn cool design, and he even has his own original Rider Machine!

Also it is ironic how the two movies are similar on how the main Rider lost his power halfway through the movie and had to use another power, and the main theme for both movies are the main Rider's bond with their other half. It also helps that the movie is canon.

Third place would probably Gaim, I usually disliked alternate universe movies, but Gaim pretty much handled it pretty well, and it's actually canon to a degree! I just love how Kouta gets transported to an alternate world for an excuse to make a movie that doesn't interfere with the show's canon.
