TOKU, Mill Creek, and Crunchyroll are all viable options, but none of them have the Ginga S Movie insofar as I can tell.

Is there an official means to watch that movie, cause TOKU and Crunchyroll evidently don't have it and Mill Creek hasn't gotten to Ginga yet!?!
