They were bandai, they coverd all of the states, including double rocket, and both of meteors forms, but didn't have a nadeshko. There's actually candy toys like SO-DO dating all the way back to decade, but SO-DO was a big step up in quality and design. Of the Arms Action figures I own (which is the gaim line) they lack elbow and knee swivels and the stickers fall off real easy.

Edit: Oh also there was the Motion Revive Series before the release of the decade candy toys, but those figs were more like SHODO in quality and design
