And as of 7:00 PM EST, TokuShoutsu have uploaded Kamen Rider Kuuga onto Tubi as well:

MAJOR WARNING: The Shout Factory subs included translations for the Gurongi dialog.

Apparently the physical DVDs of Kuuga originally gave you the option to toggle the Gurongi subs on or off, but on the Tubi and PlutoTV versions, the Gurongi subs are permanently there.

The subbed Gurongi dialog was apparently supposed to be easter eggs for viewers on their second watch through, and MAY spoil developments or certain plot points for first time viewers.
