They says ZAIA implanted a chip on Fuwa’s brain along with Naki but the mini-series says Gai put Naki’s data on Fuwa’s chip between Episode 8 and 9.

This is confusing!

What is it? Did they implanted a chip along with Naki’s data on Fuwa or they put Naki’s data later?
