I don't think there's an alternative. I know that another group was working on a scrub of the TV-N subs, but they never finished and seem to have completely disappeared. A lot of the older shows have at least a couple different options floating around, but Faiz is just the one that no one else has bothered to go back and provide an alternative for so far.
