A spectacular finisher that is much more cooler and deadlier looking than the previous form ones. Like (picking semi-Final Form for this one) Ghost's Mega Omega Formation compared to its previous forms.

A consequence to make them balanced too, but lives up to the power. While they're the strongest the Rider can use, I want the previous forms not to be obsolete, and this also adds something for stakes to use the final form properly against a proper threat and to maintain it to keep an upper hand against the strong enemy.

For them not to struggle or be humiliated by the villain's grunts, or even the regular MOTW. Kuuga Ultimate being placed in the final makes it an example of this.
