So many Rider characters are, anti-hero, like nearly every secondary Rider, like Knight, Accel, Meteor, Baron, Mach, Specter (the shortest time though), Brave, Cross-Z, Geiz, etc. Or most Riders on protagonist side that aren't main characters like Gills, Snipe. Or even a few of the main protagonist like Faiz or Kabuto. Anti-hero simply means as a hero who has the opposite of most of the traditional attributes of a hero. They're clearly nowhere near as heroic as the likes of Kuuga, OOO, Gaim, etc. Arguing that they do the right thing like killing monsters? That's who anti-heroes are, they do the right thing (I mean they're still heroes but in grey area), but maybe not for the right reasons. Which is the opposite of anti-villain (those villains with "for the greater good" reasons for example), who only has the right reasons but use the wrong thing. Kusaka is a very extreme example of anti-hero, but he's probably not even one, he's probably full on villain protagonist.
