Well given it was Bullton who ended up sucking him in, probably the 4th dimension where everything is slanted at 85 degree angles, going into a door means you might end up outside with a staircase leading up in the air, or you walk into a wall only to end up in an entirely different room. Or you walk through a door only to end up upside down in a room.

I'm kinda glad I ended up watching quite a bit of Ultraman 66 before and saw Bullton's episode, this little cameo was a delight as a result.
