You have to draw the line somewhere. Remember, they kept the Zyu suits all the way up until Zeo.

And on and on. That would be to big a game. And they'd probally only use the Red Rangers for a fighting game. Along with some sixth-other rangers. Like Green, White, Gold. They wouldn't use every ranger from every season.
