The idea that Ryusoulger is going to crossover with the three previous Dino Sentai isn't likely to happen this soon! The VS. Cinema have gotten smaller, and they probably wanted this to be a character arc and character interaction story as opposed to fanservice. The 45th Anniversary will probably have something in this direction, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm not certain I follow your connections between this movie and the Strongest Battle, but I fear that miniseries has been woefully misinterpreted! It was a contest and not perceived to be a fatal one for any of the members involved either. They were to fight for a wish, and if they lost, they went home. If any Ranger was banished or killed off (which I doubt), it wasn't overly obvious. The main issue was that Rita was deceiving them. In addition, the Rangers who we have lost in Super Sentai canon can come back, albeit temporarily and as needed. Gokaiger and The 199 confirmed that one.
