The way they report it, the more it sounds like they're terminating their entire relationship with Toei. And if that was true then I'm pretty sure PR as a brand would die. Toei owns basically everything in relation to PR. Hasbro owns the name and those licensing agreements. If you completely terminate your licensing agreements with the license holder, than means you can no longer use ANYTHING they own.

And since the PR movie Hasbro is cooking up seems to be related to nostalgia baiting with 90s MMPR, I highly doubt that they would just end their relationship with Toei, the people who own nearly thirty years worth of suits, designs, and footage. Toei will always be related to PR because PR is literally built upon Sentai. You can't turn on MMPR without seeing a lot of Zyuranger footage.
