I don't know. There's good and bad in every Rider show, and I'm thrilled to find out what those look like for Blade.

I'm not sure why Blade flies under the radar so often (Kabuto, I can understand - that show resists almost any effort to go into my long-term memory), but it is definitely one that doesn't get talked about as much, especially now that we have twenty years of Heisei Rider. It's weird, too, because I've very rarely seen anyone say anything negative about it. Back when I hung out at HJU there was, like, one person who really hated Chalice, but that's it. Everyone who does talk about the show generally has positive things to say. I'm going to be vague here, but there's on specific element that Blade has that usually gets ranked as one of, if not the, best in the franchise.

I can't personally say that Blade is my favorite Rider show because Hibiki exists, but it's always been near the top of my list.
