This. The Zero-Two here is a mental image of Aruto as he beats down on Fuwa. This would be the first part of the episode.

Aruto leaves the compound, stumbles around a bit, and then gets confronted by Fuwa who transforms into J. Wolf Vulcan. The two fight inside another compound, with Aruto doubting himself and eventually takes down Fuwa. Either killing him (not likely) or destroying his belt and key for good. In then end, Aruto's hunger for revenge against Horobi is much stronger than his doubt.

Stuff happens with HIDEN and AIMS. People probably protesting against HIDEN.

Horobi heads back to the MJBR.net base, reminiscing Jin's death, Raiden approaches him, punches him in the chest and some tough words that gives Horobi the motive for something and then the final part is Azu arranging a final duel between Aruto and Horobi sporting the old Zero-One driver with a new attachment. I mean, we never saw Ark-Zero destroy the old driver, just hack it. Both transform, with them revealing Horobi's new form (possibly a re-colored Zero Two or Rising Hopper) and then episode ends.

The pic with Raiden putting his fist on Horobi I feel is the strongest indication that Horobi will turn to the side of good.
