Yeah, that scene does a great job at making you laugh for a moment, and then immediately making you feel bad for Jiro the next. It also really highlights how straightforward and somewhat simple-minded Jiro is at the time; Having just been born and all.

I'll definitely keep that mind! I'm actually leaning a bit more towards Garo at the moment, mainly due to a friend of mine who really loves the franchise as a whole, and also used the anime to get into it.
