But Tokunation needing to ask the Japanese Government to use pictures and officially uploaded trailers? Yeah, that’s a bit… unrealistic.

That said... I think it's a very big possibility that sites like Kissasian will be going soon, and it doesn't seem out of the question that torrents could as well. Even if they don't, it's not hard to see at least a few groups being scared off.
