If you’re interested in seeing a genuine consideration on how monsters should be treated ; I can’t recommend X enough! Ultra in general does take into mind environmental factors and treats the kaiju like beasts worthy of respect more often than not; and even when it’s not the main focus in the likes of Cosmos and Max; I’ve often still found it to be a background element of series like Orb or Geed. Any given Ultra will likely have a scene or episode of them petting or helping a Kaiju and it’s lovely to see!
