I checked the Japanese news sites and they say she was found deceased in her home. Apparently Japanese police do not suspect foul play and that it is most likely by her own accord. For those of you who are asking who she is, she was a regular cast member in Kamen Rider Hibiki and played the Hime makamous. RIP
