There's basically no way to do that? The pauldron only has one attachment point, and that point is the part of the shoulder that doesn't move. Looking at the box art (since I don't know what this suit is supposed to look like from the show), that notch needs to be below the dragon's mouth, which means the pauldron has to be on the shoulder attachment. Not sure how else to construct it!
