The older minipla kits are going for ridiculous prices (in particular Sun Vulcan robo). And in general I rarely see the retro-minipla going for less than their retail on aftermarkets.

I really like these kits and think they have a winning formula if they can keep the prices manageable. On the other hand, I'm not sure they appeal to the largest of audiences, but I do hope they continue regardless.
