Deepsea's exactly right. (It's top coat nail polish, even!) There've been a view YouTube videos people have posted showing that Mod Podge doesn't harm SO-DO plastic or stickers, so it should be fine for you. I've not used it myself, but I have done a bunch of SO-DO with top coat nail polish, and that works a dream. Highly recommended!
