If the context is instead, "no weapon of any sort shared by each member", then Jungle Fury might be first, but only until they obtain their Jungle Master Mode and each of the main three have claws! S.P.D. might be a close second since Red has blasters which aren't duplicated by any other Ranger, but this would be rectified with SWAT Mode.

Lost Galaxy had Transdaggers which could assume in number of modes and Quasar Sabers shared by the whole team. Wild Force had Crystal Sabers and individual weapons. Mystic Force had staffs which could transform into weapons (for the guys), and Ninja Steel had a morpher which could act like a claw or a dagger or a bow (Ninninger was different in that the katana was the morpher).
