I was sort of expecting something a bit more depressing, since... y'know... they all just got fired. But if these two episodes and Aruto's transition from Hidden Intelligence to Hiden Manufacturing are anything to go by, I guess the overall outlook of losing your job has apparently changed in japan?

There is probably a short timeskip in between the episodes.
