I'm Primary a Mecha Fan like Transformers, Macross, Gundam, etc so the Suits, Zords and Action were always the most important aspects of PR for me. Story and Character development were a distant 2nd.

RPM mainly gets alot of its praise for going darker than what the series normally did up to that point. It was originally written with a target audience of 15 year olds and it shows. It was also originally going to be the final season of the franchise, which got alot of people interested.

Dino Charge, however, to this day confuses me with its popularity. The most I could gather from asking around was that most of its praise comes from the idea that... it's better than Super Mega Force. Which I mean, yeah, it is, but like, low bar? I suppose Koda is often cited as another highlight, and while yeah, I like the guy too, I was a much bigger fan of Philip and Heckyl.
