I think my favorite version of Organizational Kamen Rider is probably the Kamen Rider Club from Fourze. The idea of a group of friends hanging out on the moon after school and fighting constellation monsters -slash- metaphors for the turbulence of late adolescence... that's the stuff. Flat structure, titles are bullshit (Miu's just like I Am The New Queen Of The Club and everyone just lets her have it), and everyone contributes equally. That's my platonic ideal of How Systems Should Work In Kamen Rider.
