I just noticed that the black portion of the feet for Gaon and Zyuran have obvious fingers, so I guess the silver parts rotate away to reveal hands for arms in some combination. I think I see a thumb on one of Gaon's feet.

Unrelated, I really feel for those suit actors. Even ZenKaiser has the kind of stiff upper-body shell usually reserved for late-series power-ups and Kamen Riders.

The ZenKaiser suit is really interesting. That red stripe and the red cape interior seems to be an attempt to make ensure that visually, people recognize that the white hero here is also the red senshi for this series.

I'm curious about the arrow symbol. The significance of the V is clear enough, but it's the line extending from it that interests me. The zig-zaggy lines look like a pair of fangy maws reminiscent of what's on Zyuran's shoulder, and I'm reminded of the information we got suggestion there's a change mechanism that brings to mind something about Ultraman's Scylla. Totally baffled as to how that might work mechanically.
