The show keeps the minor form changes (jack, 3 pigs, and breman) relevant by giving them to the buster/kenzan/slash, and having them use them instead of just having saber use them a few times then forget about them.

This one of Fukuda's strengths because if I remember right a lot of Takeru's forms still got a lot of use even after the stronger forms had come out like there was a whole devoted to Takeru kicking Adel & Gammnaizers' collective asses with early forms.
