It part of Toei Spring Movie Festival which of bunch short movies ranging from 20-50 minute movies. Other movies you may reconize coming from this is the 90's movie trilogy Shin, Zo and J. And for other properties such as the Digimon Adventure short film or as english viewers might know it as the 1st part of the Digimon Movie
